Featured in the series House of Cards, this primarily residential neighborhood has a small commercial center near the intersection of Rhode Island Avenue and First Street NW featuring bars, restaurants, and food markets. The home is a commuter’s dream with close proximity to The White House and the Capitol Building. A 4 bedroom one bathroom apartment located on two large floors nestled in a large Victorian multi-level building. The 4th bedroom is on its own floor. This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time. This home is set up for short and long term stays.
