We bought SmarTrip metro passes as the green line Shaw-Howard stop was less than an 8 minute walk through a safe neighborhood, and we were able to explore all of DC affordably. There are some great ethnic restaurants nearby and a Trader Joe's within walking distance. Kelly was easy to work with and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend! ##### Geralyn P. We had a great time in DC. The only problem is parking and that city is tough. There was parking for the apartment about a five minute walk. Alles ist sauber, hell, freundlich und in außergewöhnlich guten Zustand. Die Küche ist wie neu und bietet alles was man braucht. Und vielen Dank für den guten Kaffee! Darüber haben wir uns jeden Morgen sehr gefreut. Die Betten sind hervorragend und es gibt sehr gute Bettdecken und Kissen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. In direkter Nähe (ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss) befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt und auch die Metro ist sehr nah. Viele Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Museen, Mall, White House…) sind mit der Metro sehr leicht zu erreichen. Wer sich in Washington wohl fühlen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf Fälle wieder! ##### Mirko A. Probably the best unit we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a LOT as a large military family. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and enough room to contain all of our belongings out of the way. PLENTY of good quality amenities to use within the kitchen and the bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were impressed by the condition of the grill (very well cared for). The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a grocery store close by that was easy to walk to. The house is in a great location and was only about a 5-10 minute Uber ride to all of the locations we wanted to visit. There was a parking space that was open the whole time we stayed there that we used for loading and unloading our car. Overall, this was a great place with a great price. The home was clean and decorated nice. I especially appreciated the stocked mini coffee bar since my conference started at 6am daily. It is a 4 block walk to the convention center as well as the metro we used to sight see. Closest restaurant is 1 block away, but we usually walked 4-6 blocks to have more restaurant choices. It has just enough of everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The bbq pit was a great benefit. It’s a little bit of a walk to the metro, but very doable. Grocery store is VERY convenient.
