We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🚭 $500 charge for indoor smoking; outdoor smoking permitted. 🐾NO PETS ALLOWED 🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs. 🎉 NO parties or large gatherings. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. 📌 The property is equipped with a propane grill. Guests are responsible for re-filling the propane tanks but we will reimburse the cost. Please move the grill out from the shed overhang before using. 📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding! 📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. This was a very comfortable older home. Everything was nice and clean and well cared for. The kitchen had really nice dishes and equipment, which is not always the case with short term rentals. Don't even get me started about the sheets, I took a picture of the tag because I need them in my life!!! I would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed the porch and sectional sofas for game playing and relaxing. We used the nearby pickleball courts. As you can tell, we loved our stay in Washington and the Roberson House. The Roberson House was one of our favorite places we've stayed in Washington (we come semi-frequently to visit family). The six bedrooms/2 bathrooms allowed for our girls to have their own rooms and for my parents to join us as well. The beds were comfortable, and the house was thoughtfully appointed. The management company was incredibly responsive. There was an issue with the listing where it said the pool was heated, which turned out not to be the case. The pool had also not been scheduled to be opened before we got there, which we didn't know at the time of booking. The management company and the owner were incredibly communicative and responsive about getting the pool open in time for us to use it. Our girls had an absolute blast with all the games available, and the adults enjoyed the comfortable porch seating for enjoying some time chatting together after the kids had gone to bed. Highly recommend, and we will look to book this house the next time we travel to Washington! ##### Andie S. Lovely gathering spaces inside and out for our group to gather and play games. Beautiful walk through historic district to downtown and the water.
