We were welcomed by the host in front of the building. There were home baked cookies and a bottle of filtered water waiting inside. The place was adorable, newly renovated, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us. The location is great in general, but specifically incredible for us, as our adult son lives only 2 blocks away. They had homemade cookies left in the kitchen for me and provided advice for the area. They also provided a parking pass for my car, but required an extra 15 payment for it, which I was not expecting. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you want to be within walking distance to events and bars without worrying about congestion/parking issues. ##### Adrian M.
