Everything you need is at your fingertips. Plenty paper products, cleaning products, coffee products. The house is located near shopping, eating, within walking distance to the museums. We actually walked back from the museums one day. Uber was very accessible and we were at the attractions within minutes.Parking is tight but we managed always to get a space in front of the house. Kam was very accessible throughout the week. This is a wonderful neighborhood, great house, exceptional host. The unit was spotless and clean and well layed out so we all had plenty of space. There were plenty of towels for both bathrooms. The kitchen table was roomy and could fit all of us for eating, working, or game playing. We enjoyed watching movies in the movie room. There isn't a living room per se, but we used the kitchen as the "hang out room". The only issues we had were an inability to get the tv in the kitchen to work for the first 4 days and the smoke alarm started to randomly chirp, causing us to have to take the battery out. The host was very responsive to any questions or issues we had, but there were a few limitations because our visit fell during the week of New Years Eve. I appreciated that the host allowed us to have our friends over for a movie night in the movie room. The property is spread out over three floors. This provided separation with two b/r on the lower floor and one b/r on top floor off of the kitchen. The middle entrance floor has a movie room (used it a lot) but there is no separate living room. The kitchen was modern - lightly stocked with coffee pods and minimal cooking condiments but with a good assortment of cookware. We prepared Christmas dinner with supplies from Eastern Market and Trader Joe’s. The parking is not on site. It is located in a garage which is .5 mile plus away and not a super comfortable walk alone at night. Kam was very helpful in providing an on street pass for a few hours for a dinner guest but we had provided advance info to be able to use the garage on site so recommend you double check that ahead. Communication with Kam was easy and he was very responsive. This is a good choice for adults traveling together - cool decor and awesome location. ##### Nancy F.
