We liked the look of the hotel but had a problem and reported it but nothing was done. 1st night - AC unit was extremely loud all night - so we didn't get any sleep that night. Reported it the next day but no response from anyone. It continued to make low noises for the next 4 days. So we got very little sleep. Housekeeper did not leave us water or empty or trash or clean coffee maker. Left a note for housekeeper to leave water - she/he moved the note but didn't leave us any. Called down to concierge to have water delivered and our trash removed. Housekeeper came with water but knew nothing about the trash collection. Just really poor service. No one seemed to care. We got very little sleep in your very noisy room. The sink top showed several stains, hinting at previous spills that hadn’t been cleaned up properly. We had a great stay at the hotel, the only down side was that we wasn’t allowed a late check (as our flight doesn’t leave till 10.50pm) because we had booked Marriott pulse ( HOTELS.COM) I didn’t realise as I booked it in the UK so it was a very long wait to sit around ready to go the airport as checkout was 12pm. It’s an excellent place to stay to see all the sights Washington D.C has to offer.
