Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné 14 jours .

Extremely rude staff. I felt like we were not welcome! Staff does not communicate well, they all seem to not have any proper training , awful customer service- Our room was booked for 3 ppl and no extra sheets and pillows and when we asked we were told housekeeping was gone for the day. Expensive for what they offer in terms of accommodation and service - managers are so rude so awful we felt horrible and were treated like we were asking favors instead of receiving the services we paid for - over $800 spent at this place and not worth it I don’t recommend and will never recommend this place to anyone I know ! Such a shame because it’s a cute courtyard but horrible horrible service !

Room size with 2 double beds was great, with fridge, water, nespresso coffee pods, etc. Loved the outdoor terrace, and fire-pit at night. Great value Happy Hour flatbreads $10 and drinks $5-7 between 3-5pm Mon-Fri. The service charge includes WiFi, bike rental, and “wine hour” between 4:30-5:30 most days. Great location beside King St Metro & Train station…lots of restaurants & shops within easy walking distance, and there’s also the free trolley & circulator bus stop outside the hotel.

The location was great, building was cute but overall this is not a luxury hotel. Staff was not helpful at times, phones didn’t work in the room and our mini fridge was broken.

Beautiful property. Super cute and trendy. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and beware of the mandatory $26 a night amenities fee. In my opinion, the amount of amenities offered do not warrant such a steep fee.

Hotel is quaint and clean. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The main restaurant was OK but not great and the spa was also just OK. Its in a great location and you can walk to plenty of other restaurants and shops. The valets at the hotel were great.
