Hotel très bien placé dans le Wharf..quartier très animé, avec de nombreux restaurants.Mais, attention..lorsqu'on arrive après 19h, impossible de trouver une place quelque soit le restaurant. Dans ma réservation il était indiqué une cuisine...il y a juste un four micro-ondes et pas de vaisselle..juste 2 verres.Quant au petit déjeuner buffet...c'est plus que moyen.Peu de choix et pas terrible..nous avons choisi de prendre notre petit déjeuner ailleurs.Le personnel est très serviable et à l'écoute. Nettoyage de la chambre à la demande.

Les moins : attention lors de la réservation avec expédia comprenant un canapé lit en plus (ça ne rentre pas en compte et vous vous retrouvez avec une simple banquette non dépliante - Encore merci à la dame de l’accueil pour sa solution), le ménage n’est pas fait quotidiennement, le parking non inclus qui peut vite chiffrer.

All the front desk staff were so helpful (even were able to provide me with a much-needed band aid from all the walking I did! And I can't say how much how wonderful Aurelia was each morning at breakfast! What a wonderful human!

Loved our stay. The room was clean and spacious with lots of sunlight. It also has a full kitchen (not that we used it) but it was a nice option to have if needed. The staff was very nice and friendly. In addition, breakfast was included which had a lot more options than your typical hotel. Everything is close by and in the walking distance. Used escooters to get to the national mall. The mornings were quiet at the warf which made for a nice walk. In the evening, it was a lively part of town with lots of restaurants to choose from. Overall amazing stay and will definitely recommend it.

Overall, this was a good stay. I was a little disappointed when we first got to our room; there were crumbs from the previous person that was there on the floor. It was also not very clear, but this property does not offer room service either. And the roof was closed, which was a little disappointing; was. not planning on swimming, but did want to go out there and hang out and read a book. I did, however, enjoy how close it was to everything. If you are on vacation, this is a great place to stay; close to great sites and food options.

Let's start with the amazing breakfast service members they were very cheerful they stayed to 1040 serving breakfast to the ones that were late extremely grateful The thing that was horrible was the garage parking yet people walking in the alleyway was only one way out and the helpers did not assist

Nice hotel. Nothing super fancy, but clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic. Walkable to National Mall and the wharf boardwalk has many restaurants, bars, and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel experience I have ever had from the front customer service all the way to room service, each and everyone that worked on Friday 5/10/24 to all employee in the a.m on 5/11/24 where amazing, breakfast was above and beyond each employee worked very hard. I was very impressed with all the HBO movies the room TV provided. I was very impressed. I was not expecting that service at all. I was only there for one night, but it’s definitely my go to hotel from now on When I’m in the area. The font receptionist Esteban, went above and beyond to see that I had a great service. Thank you

The Wharf area is a wonderful place to spend the weekend. Lots of excellent dining options and activities, although on the pricey side. The Hyatt House is conveniently located and the condition of the hotel was good. We were a little disappointed with the room cleaning and services. We had to ask for replacement towels and coffee service, which at this price point should not be needed.
