Bien situé, la collation le mercredi soir est sympathique, proche de la maison Blanche et du Mall, possibilité de parking, par contre la chambre est sombre et un peu daté, les lits sont corrects. Eviter de sortir tard le soir, le coin est moyennement sur.

Nous avons louer une chambre pour 3 adultes et 2 ados nous avons reçu une chambre avec un lit double et un canapé de 1,20m de large Comment dormir à 5? Ils m'ont dit que si je voulais une chambre avec 2 grand lit et un canapé il fallait payer un supplément. J'ai contacté Hotel.com un monsieur m'a dit qu'il alle réglé le problème avec l'hôtel mais je n'ai pas eut le choix que de payer se simplement de 120$ et personne de Hotel.com ne m'a contacter le lendemain ce que m'avez promis le conseiller eut au Telephone de plus il est impossible de se garer dans les alentours et le valet parking est à 50$/nuits vraiment tres chères

bon rapport qualité prix
Bon établissement. Un peu vieillot mais les prestations restent de qualité. Nous y étions un mardi et le repas du soir sous forme de buffet était offert avec le prix de la chambre.

Perfect choice for a family vacation. Having a suite with a kitchen made things so much easier. The complementary snacks were certainly a nice and welcome touch.

The property was clean. The complimentary breakfasts were great. Lots more options than other properties that I've been to. The kitchen staff was awesome as well. House keeping was great. Overall a very pleasant stay. We didn't encounter any issues at all. Definitely a 5-star!!

This was the perfect spot of our family's overnight stay. The room was spacious, clean, and really easy for everyone to have their own space. The staff was helpful and generous, breakfast was good, really a great experience for us!

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was quiet. The only down is our room was hot. Even adjusting the thermostat to 67 to get relief it remained hot. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was stains on the carpet and it was chairs that was on the picture but wasn’t in the room but I got a hard time when asked about it and had to get my own chair out the lobby

This property has no parking aqvailable except very expensive valet parking, or on-street parking, which is almost impossible to locate in this area. (Most parking near the hotel requires a local resident parking permit!) The room was dirty and dark. We called the front desk to see if the light could be remedies. They said they would send maintenance "right up." Maintenance never came, and I literally had to put on my make-up wearing a headlamp from our camping supplies-it was THAT dark! The mattresses on both beds were very soft and unsupportive. They killed my back, and I ended up sleeping, if you could call it that, on the sofa. Tjhe hallways, elevators, and walls were filthy throughout the property, with visible piles of dirt in the corners. Avoid this hotel. I would not let my dog stay here.

Overall a nice hotel. Unfortunately the cleaning was not the greatest. There were dirty socks left behind from a precious guest. We requested an additional cleaning but the socks were never removed.
