This cozy, trendy and private basement apartment includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed, and a living space ideal for unwinding after sight-seeing. We are situated perfectly for those hoping to stay in the incredibly central and vibrant U St Corridoor! The location provides convenient access to world-class eateries, shopping, public transit, and local landmarks. U St is famous for its lively music scene and its smorgasbord of dining options. No complaints about the place itself or the surrounding area. My mom and I loved that it was situated in the heart of the LeDroit Park Historic District, very cool! The ONLY thing we didn't care for was that the shower door opens to the inside, which made it hard to turn on the shower without getting hit with cold water, but that is the epitome of a first world problem lol. This was a super clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment for my stay in DC. It is located close to many great spots in the city and as well as the metro. It is a basement apt. but you barely hear the family above. It was extremely comfortable and the hosts provided all the amenities you can think of. It definitely had a high quality hotel feel but with the benefit of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The hosts were also very responsive to any messages I sent. For a single traveler, the space was generous. I would think that for three occupants the space would be tight.
