For four adult people, furniture could have been a little more comfortable in the living room area. But we spent very little time at the unit, so we made it work. It was not listed that a blow dryer was there, and I made the mistake of not packing one. We had questions regarding the checking in process, and we received instant assistance. When I first got there one of the bathrooms was locked and I was freaking out as the one that was left was in the master and that would be inconvenient. (I think they were hoping to not clean it later. The kitchen supplies were not enough although when we asked about that they brought us new ones. The biggest problem was the internet 4 mbps was not in my mind an internet connection. It took a week for them to get that up to 80 which is still really bad but was enough that I could stop using my phone connection. All in all it was ok and we may use them again at some point. ##### Laura A. Bedrooms are at the back of the apartment away from street noise. Ten minute walk to the Brookland Metro (and Saturday Farmer's Market). There was always a parking spot on 12th Street and the location made access to other neighborhoods by car or Uber simple. Host was a delight to work with. Immediate responses to questions.
