It is exactly as advertised, clean and well kept with lots of lights on a residential street. The kitchen and washer/dryer are great to have for an extended stay. There are plenty of restaurants, a fantastic bakery and a grocery store within walking distance. Public transportation - the Metro and busses (highly recommend the safe and clean public transportation) are also within walking distance and easy to use. The owners are responsive and accommodating. Close to a few very good restaurants, but has a decent kitchen, if you want to cook for yourself. Good air conditioning, for those hot and humid DC days.It is a downstairs unit, so not a lot of natural light coming in. We had 3 people in our party, which was fine, but probably a bit more comfortable for a couple.
