Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house. The Neighborhood: Alexandria, Virginia, is a city on the Potomac River, just south of Washington, DC. It’s known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. Getting Around: The house is 1 block away from the metro station! CANNOT be in a better location Other Things to Note: Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. No smoking, parties, pets Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. It has off street parking if you drive in. The house has some minor fit and issues, a well used stove top and some cabinetry issues, nothing major, but in my opinion the house is priced appropriately for what it is. The location is great, walking distance to the Metro station and Lena’s, the local pizza place. The teens ordered late night take out from Lena’s almost every night.
