### Charming 2 bedroom house, family and pet friendly close to Washington D.C.

Experience the Washington DC greater area like a local in this 2-bedroom house. The cozy space features one bedroom with 1 queen bed and a closet, one bedroom with 1 bunk bed with a drawer bed, and 1 pack and play crib, perfect for families or friends traveling together. For extra guests, you could add an air mattress. The house has a cozy living room with plants and a charming fireplace, an AC, space heater, WiFi, smart TV. A dining area open to a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and bidet for added convenience. The shared spaces include a washing and dryer machine, a shared front yard with sitting area and a shared back yard.   
  
The house is pet friendly and has child some safety features.  
  
Our guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy all that Cheverly and the DMV area has to offer when you stay at our place. Parks, trailers, shopping, dinning and entertainment spots are nearby. A short driving distance or few metro stops away from Washington D.C. and all the tourist attraction at the nation's capital.  
  
A walking distance to bus stations (\~2min) and metro station (\~7-10min) and Free parking in the driveway.  
  
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to hospitals, medical and government facilities, and close to BWI, IAD and the National airports.  
  
The property contains other private spaces that are not included nor accessible through this rent.
