On Site Parking, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen, Walk to Capitol Stay in an incredible Capitol Hill rowhouse and walk to the Capitol, amazing restaurants and hear the Marine band play outside your window. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is in a wonderful location. The house has off street parking available for one car (a true rarity in this neighborhood). Incredible Amenities: \- Free Parking Directly Behind the Home \- Washer/Dryer \- Full Kitchen \- Ample space for three adults to sleep comfortably (or two adults and two kids) \- Truly incredible location. Walk to the US Capitol and the best restaurants in town \- Also an easy walk to Nationals Park, Audi Field, The Library of Congress and the Supreme Court The home has one bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom with a hairdryer, makeup mirror and shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. The full bathroom has a main shower head and a hand held shower.The unit has its' own climate control so keep it at any temperature you would like. You can set different temperatures in the bedroom and in the living room. There is a brand new big washer/dryer. For Families: The home has a high chairs, three sippy cups and toddler approved plates, cups and silverware perfect for the smallest guests. A GAP babyGap Delux Play Yard is always in the home which includes a full-size bassinet inset. Bassinet holds up to 15 lbs. Playyard (pack-n-play/portable crib) holds up to 30 lbs. A photo is included in the listing. The home has a brand new big washer dryer. Two kids could easily sleep on the queen pull out sofa bed. For Groups: The home has two sleeping areas. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sofa bed with a pullout queen mattress. One adult could easily sleep on the couch or two small kids could fit as well. The kitchen fits four and if a baby comes as well, a high chair is always available. Parking: This house has private parking for one car behind the home. This is a true rarity in the neighborhood. This is not a parking permit for street parking, it's true off street parking at the home. Note, this is a small space (like most city parking) so any car or medium sized SUV should fit but a large truck (F250) or Expedition sized car or RV is not going to fit in this spot. If you need to park a larger truck or more than one car, feel free to contact the host who has great recommendations for parking large vehicles nearby. Fitness: One yoga mat is provided.
