It sits in the heart of Capitol Hill, a stunning neighborhood surrounded by some of the best restaurants, markets, and transportation hubs in the city. PLEASE NOTE: (1) This unit is only appropriate for guests looking for a relatively quiet stay. Loud music or other loud noise is not permitted at any time. The owner resides on the property. (2) Parties and events of any size are strictly prohibited and quiet hours commence at 10PM. (3) In general, maximum occupancy (including the outdoor space) is limited at all times to the number of individuals on your reservation (no visitors) unless you've obtained prior approval. (4) The space is professionally cleaned prior to your stay, but it is a pet friendly space and may not be suitable to those with allergies. This apartment is fully equipped: • Premium sheets, blankets, towels, toiletries, and laundry supplies • In-unit washer and dryer • The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and includes a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, and more • Bedroom has a queen bed with premium bedding • Full bathroom • Free high speed wireless internet • Hair dryer and iron • Central air • 55" mounted flat screen • Two hour street parking.
