The apartment has its own entrance off Lamont Street, and is not directly connected to our residence. A cozy, well appointed apartment in great location, is a delightful alternative to staying in a hotel but with all the same amenities, ideal for business travel or family vacation. Beautifully furnished apartment in a great historic area. Each of the two bedrooms had a comfortable Queen bed and private bathroom. A nice place to come home to after touring. The backyard had some critters that came out a night. The property owner said there would be no problem refunding me for the one night that I wasn't going to be there. I should have contacted them; I might have stood a better chance of getting my refund. I would not recommend this based on my experience do to the lack of concern about my refund. This was by far our best experience. The accommodations were very comfortable, very clean, and welcoming. The location is a 5 min walk to restaurants, cafes, and a wonderful farmers market on Saturday’s. The owner, Kelly greeted us to see if we needed any assistance during our stay, set up a parking pass which was wonderful, and was a wealth of local knowledge. Although this was a basement unit, it had its own entry way with separate kitchen and living spaces. The owner was very responsive to questions/requests; she lives with her family upstairs from the unit. Nearby very interesting local restaurants with international flavors. Convenient, easy walk to metro & bus stops. We also rented a car for 2 days to reach places that the metro doesn't go to.
