It’s a beautiful clean home with all the amenities and comforts needed for the whole family. Communication and check in/check out process was clear and easy. The neighbors were very nice and helpful with two playful dogs we got along with. A very dog friendly neighborhood. Our own dog even loved and felt very comfortable in this home. We were slightly worried when we first arrived that there was no grass in the yard and our pup was unsure of where to use the bathroom; however, there is a large park just 1 block away that is a popular gathering spot for all the pups in the neighborhood and we quickly made lots of friends for our dog to run and play with as part of her morning routine and walk. The location was good in Washington City. It has a nice soaker tub in the master bath. Overall a good stay with only two minor issues for us. Two issues for us: The water heater had been turned down and there were no notes about turning it back up in the check in instructions. Luke warm tub and shower water doesn't cut it. We were able to find the issue on our own. We did find a note ON the water heater about turning it up and then back down when leaving. Second, the fridge was completely empty. We have done a lot vacation rentals and have never encountered a completely empty fridge. No butter or salad dressing or ketchup. I'm not sure if this is due to Covid but it even says in the check out to take or dispose of everything left in the fridge. ##### Spencer P.
