The house is updated, cozy and decorated nicely. Thee basement apartment is a bonus. We enjoyed the large outdoor grill and the gas fire pit. Everything you need is within walking distance. Whole Foods is a 2 minute walk. Restaurants that serve a broad array of food types are minutes away. Coffee/pastry shops are minutes away. The Clarendon subway station is a 5 minute walk. Trader Joe's is a 5 minute walk. Every morning we went on a walk and discovered numerous neighborhood parks in the area. Clarendon is beautiful. You can't go wrong! ##### Bobby C.
