A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate. 3\. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. 4\. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood. 5\. This is a 3 level home so one must climb stairs to the reach the upper bedroom areas. There is also a detached, exterior bedroom located in it's own separate quarters. 6\. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see house rules. 7\. One of the bedrooms features drawers for clothes storage, instead of a closet, providing an efficient and stylish solution for keeping your belongings organized. 8\. It offered space for 9 adults in five bedrooms. The internet was capable to support at least 12 devices. The engagement with the property manager quick and easy. The only issue is because we travelled from overseas, we had some issues with the WiFi lock but it was resolved quickly. We enjoyed our stay and amenities available. ##### James O. Most well-appointed house we have ever rented, and we have rented a lot all over. Everything you need is there. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen has everything. Oscillating fan in the bedroom! Dog loves chasing squirrels in the fenced in back yard. Walkable to everything Del Ray has to offer. Some of our favorites spots were Cheesetique, Los Tios, Bagel Bin, Dairy Godmother (puppy ice cream treats), and Northside 10\. Property contact, Uche, was very communicative throughout the whole rental process, start to finish. We will definitely return! ##### Chad G. The host was one of the most kind and attentive that I've ever encountered! She responded quickly to all our messages and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. There were many thoughtful details in the house including a high chair, several games, and a heated floor in the bathroom. The house was well-stocked, and the property manager brought us the few things that were lacking immediately. Nice, quiet neighborhood with room in the driveway for 3 cars (the Del Ray area has very narrow streets, though, so be aware of that!) Well-manicured, private back yard with a great little mother-in-law cottage. Highly recommend! ##### Casandra F.
