This two-story cottage offers an unbeatable location near Wasaga Beach, endless restaurants, parks, a supermarket, and fantastic attractions, including Wasaga Beach Provincial Park - Beach Area, Rounds Ranch, Elmvale Jungle Zoo, Collingwood Eddie Bush Memorial Arena, and Wasaga 500 Go-Karts.  
  
This adorable cottage has everything you could need to experience a comfortable and unforgettable escapade with your loved ones. If you are a wintertime visitor, there is nothing like acurling up on the cottage's comfy sofa and streaming your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV while sipping hot cocoa. Summertime guests can also take advantage of the seasonal pool for a refreshing swim or head to the nearby beach. Then, you can come back home to treat everyone to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs using the gas grill on-site. The cottage also comes equipped with a full kitchen, complete with all the essentials, a nice indoor dining area with a smart TV, one bedroom on the first floor, and a cozy sleeping nook on the lofted second floor.
