Main floor: Open-concept living, gourmet chef's kitchen, gas fireplace, large SMART TV, bay windows, dining area, breakfast room, and large deck with gas connected BBQ overlooking a private forested area at the back of the property. The Primary bedroom has a king sized bed, a with 5-piece en suite bath with JACUZZI TUB and walk in closet.. There are 2 additional bedrooms with queen sized beds and a 4-piece bathroom. Lower level: In-floor radiant heat, 15' x 50' media/games room with and 8 foot screen and projector, a 9 foot regulation Brunswick slate pool table, a 14' x 30' TV/entertainment room with a 75” SMART TV, 2 bedrooms, and a 3-piece bathroom, a cold room/wine cellar. Bar sink, fridge and freezer. There is a walkout from the games room to a well lit covered patio with a ;arge hot tub and outdoor fire pit. THE Office and small storage room will be locked and used for the storage of the owner’s belongings. Nearby trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Parking for 1 car in the garage and 9 in the paved driveway. A $3,500 Damage Deposit is required. The utilities for the tenants account include gas, electricity, water and internet. The tenant shall pay the utilities at $700 per month to be paid on the first of the month commencing November 1 and the first of the 4 subsequent months. The tenant pays only for the actual cost of the utilities and be reconciled at the end of the lease. The lessor will provide the invoices for all utilities monthly to the tenant. A $6,750 deposit IS DUE UPON EXECUTION OF THE lease, with balance due 21 days before occupancy. The Tenant is responsible for arranging for and the cost of snow removal.
