The property offers everything you need, whether you're having a chilled night in on the sofa, enjoying the 65 inch TV with surround sound or sipping an evening drink whilst relaxing, watching the sunset on potentially the biggest sun terrace in Central Warwick. Maybe simply somewhere for you to get some rest after exploring the Historic Town and Castle. Recently developed modern space in the loft above an old bank. Expect to find an open plan apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom and an open living/kitchen area. This area also leads onto a large outdoor terrace area with comfy seating. It offers all the mod cons, smart lighting, sound control and a 65'' TV. You'll have your own access to the entire space, the car park is shared but you have one allocated space. 2 can be used on request. The Car park is secure with electric gates and cameras. Guests have exclusive access to the whole property during their stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
