The new housing estate is an exceptional investment filled with greenery. Well-thought out architectural design consists of intimate buildings located at a comfortable distance from each other. The central point of the estate is a charming lake, which together with numerous green areas creates a unique ecosystem conducive to spending time outdoors. For the convenience of residents, there are many restaurants, stores, gym, pharmacies, bakeries in the neighborhood. To increase the sense of security, the estate is guarded and has a reception desk. The location ensures easy access to other districts, both by public and private transport. A great advantage for international guests is the proximity to Chopin Airport, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Moreover, the nearest metro stations (Sluzewiec and Ursynów) are a 10 minute car drive away.
