The 75 m² apartment consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a functional kitchen. The interior of this place has been decorated with exceptional attention to the smallest details, making each element blend harmoniously with the rest. The predominantly light colour scheme adds a feeling of lightness and freshness to the rooms. The bedrooms of this charming apartment offer unique places to relax, as they are equipped with sofa beds and a comfortable double bed, providing a variety of accommodation options for Guests. In addition, guests can enjoy a TV equipped with a Smart TV function, allowing them to easily find and watch their favourite films or programmes, making relaxation even more enjoyable and comfortable. This functional apartment is located on Włodarzewska Street in Warsaw. One of its greatest assets is its convenient location, only 15 minutes by car separates the building from the Och-Theatre, which is famous for its extremely rich performance calendar, offering audiences a variety of shows. The building is surrounded by picturesque green areas, with the Szczęśliwicki Park nearby, offering visitors the opportunity to stroll along picturesque alleys and relax by the pond, a real oasis of peace and recreation in the heart of the city. Nearby, there are numerous restaurants with a unique atmosphere and cosy cafes where the smell of freshly brewed coffee wafts through the air, such as Kawogród (250 m) and Trattoria da Antonio (300 m) serving Italian cuisine. The building is located in the vicinity of numerous shops, such as Żabka (140 m) and Stokrotka (750 m), which provides convenience and facilitates the stay of guests who can easily stock up on essential products without having to travel far. The building is a short distance from the train station and bus stop, providing quick and convenient access to the city's main transport points, an invaluable advantage for travellers.
