The Space:  
The cozy 44m² apartment is ideal for comfortable accommodation for 4 people. The living room is the heart of the apartment, where guests can relax and enjoy their time together. In the center of the room is a huge 65-inch TV, which will provide entertainment for evening movie screenings. In addition, a Netflix platform is available. There is a sofa bed, which easily converts into a comfortable bed, and a single sofa. Large windows in the living room let in plenty of natural light, and direct access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the fresh air and views. The living room has air conditioning. The living room is open and flows seamlessly into the kitchenette, which promotes integration and spending time together while preparing meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, kettle, toaster and a set of dishes and cutlery. This is an ideal place to prepare home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed at the stylish dining table located in the living room. The separate bedroom is a quiet and secluded place that will provide the perfect conditions for relaxation. Here there is a comfortable double bed with a high-quality mattress that guarantees a restful night's sleep. There is also a second TV in the bedroom, allowing you to watch your favorite programs without leaving your bed. The tastefully decorated interior of the bedroom promotes relaxation and recovery. The bathroom is modern and functional. Equipped with a spacious shower, it provides comfortable conditions for daily toileting. Here you will find fresh towels, a hairdryer and a set of basic cosmetics to make your stay more pleasant. The area is home to the Zlote Tarasy Shopping Center, one of the largest shopping malls in Warsaw, offering a wide selection of stores, restaurants and cafes. Grocery stores can also be found nearby, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes on Nowy Świat and Chmielna streets, serving Polish and international cuisine. Nowy Świat Street, which is one of the most important in Warsaw, is full of boutiques, restaurants and cafes, ideal for strolling and shopping. The proximity of Krakowskie Przedmieście, a historic street leading to the Old Town, with its numerous monuments and elegant buildings, adds to the charm of the location.
