The arrangement of the space, such as a curtained-off sleeping area, guarantees the functionality and comfort. To provide optimal temperature in every season and weather, the studio has air-conditioning. Other amenities include a flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi Internet connection. Full bathroom and kitchen facilities give our guests a sense of independence and homely ease. Panoramic windows of the apartment are facing the courtyard, which ensures peace and quiet.

The apartment is part of the new apartment building with security and a reception desk in a stylish lobby. The developed neighborhood offers the convenience of extensive retail and service infrastructure, cultural venues and exceptionally convenient transport links. Many recreational green areas in the walking vicinity, such as Skaryszewki Park (250 m), the Warsaw Zoo (2 km), or Vistulan Boulevards (1,3 km) create a perfect opportunity for a morning jog or an evening walk in nature. Praga district is also known for an artistic scene – just 3-minute walk away from the building there is a theatre, and 8-minutes away – The Praga Museum.  
  
The location has great access to other districts of Warsaw thanks to well-developed network of public transport. The nearest metro station Stadion Narodowy is just 5-minutes by foot from the apartment, and the closest train station, Warszawa Wschodnia, just 8 minutes (650 m). Both the city center and the Old Town can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes using the public transport. Those preferring ecological solutions can use one of the city bike rentals in the neighborhood, as the district is very bike friendly.
