Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Avevamo prenotato per quattro persone ma abbiamo avuto a disposizione due sedie, un bicchiere, nessun tappeto in bagno, un solo asciugamano a testa per quattro giorni, assenza di Wi-Fi. L’appartamento , in un condominio molto moderno, era adeguatamente spazioso ma il divano letto molto scomodo. Abbiamo avuto problemi con le chiavi perché in agenzia ci avevano dato un codice sbagliato ed è mancata l’assistenza da parte del personale di riferimento che abbiamo trovato molto poco disponibile.
