#### Poor service provider. Apartment OK

The place itself was very basic. Very few amenities, soap dispenser empty, coffee jar empty etc. The biggest issue was with the service provider who gave contradicting check in instructions. The first had us travel to central Warsaw to pick up a key. We got there and the office was shut. Then, after several phone calls someone picked up and told us to go direct to the property and open a lock box. The check in instructions were shambolic and a colossal waste of time.
