Just a 20-minute walk from the apartment is the Medical University of Warsaw, as well as the Faculty of Biology and the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw. This makes it an ideal place for students looking for accommodation between classes. For those who value peace and quiet, the nearby Pole Mokotowskie and Szczęśliwicki Park are perfect spots. These parks offer many walking and running paths, playgrounds for children, and places for grilling and picnicking. The area is full of shops (Hala Banacha, Żabka, Carrefour Express, Biedronka), cafes (Cukiernia, Lodziarnia Odlot, Ciastkowo), restaurants (Videlec, Pink Flamingo, New West Side, Rosół na Widelcu, Jeleń na Rykowisku, and many others), and service points. The location is convenient for transportation due to numerous bus and tram stops (Korotyńskiego, Harfowa, Dickensa) and the train station (Warszawa Zachodnia).
