This comfortable apartment is located in the new “Kolorowy Gocław” housing estate at Międzyborska street in Warsaw. The estate is part of the Gocław area of the South Praga district – a very quiet and at the same time convenient part of the capital to live, with a rich commercial infrastructure, dense network of public transport, and full of greenery. The neighborhood takes care of all daily needs, thanks to the proximity of two shopping centers: CH Gocław with a Kaufland supermarket (600 meters from the apartment) and Atrium Promenada with over 150 shopping and service points, a food court, a gym, and a cinema (1.3 km). Other places of recreation and entertainment in the immediate and near vicinity are: Park over Balaton, Olszynka Grochowska reserve, Wodnik swimming pool, Skaryszewski Park, Powszechny Theatre, National Stadium. The strict city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes when using public transport. The car drive to the Chopin Airport takes also about half an hour.

The apartment is characterised by a functional interior and a thoughtful layout of the space, with the possibility of accommodating 6 people - great for families! The interior creates a cosy atmosphere thanks to its neutral colour scheme or fresh decor with bright furniture and accessories. The accommodation comprises a spacious living room, kitchenette, bathroom with bath and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The double bedroom has a space for remote working or studying to suit all guests' needs. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a spacious balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view or relax in the fresh air after an eventful day. The living area, with a sofa and cable TV, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen (toaster, oven, dishwasher) and bathroom (washing machine, hairdryer) appliances. Multimedia facilities include free Wi-Fi internet connection and a smart TV with cable. The apartment is ideal for any type of stay, especially if you appreciate a good location and beautiful interiors. Complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided to get your stay off to a good start. Parents travelling with a child can also book a cot for their little one. The apartment also has a private parking space in the garage, which is a great advantage in the capital. The location of the apartment will certainly allow you to feel the atmosphere of the city among the surrounding attractions.
