The Space:  
The modern apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The 47,5 m² apartment is divided into a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has access to a balcony fitted with garder furniture, facing the courtyard of the estate. The interior of the apartment is stylishly finished in tasteful and bright color palette, and comprehensive facilities takes care of the comfort of each stay. The amenities include a portable air conditioner that will maintain an optimal and personalized temperature in any weather. The equipment also includes multimedia devices (a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi connection) and full bathroom and kitchen facilities, such as a washing machine and a dishwasher. For an easy beginning of a stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided.

The Neighborhood:  
This apartment is located in a new gated residential estate “Active City” in a quiet neighborhood on the border of Ochota and Raków districts at Instalatorów Street. The estate offers a sense of security thanks to a closed inner courtyard and being under surveillance. The location combines peacefulness with the proximity of local infrastructure that caters to all daily needs, with a grocery store on the ground floor of the apartment building. Just 1 kilometer from the apartment there is a shopping center “Centrum Łopuszańska 22” with over 100 stores, restaurants, service points, and a supermarket. At the same time the apartment is located 950 m from the beautiful Szczęśliwice Park full of outdoor attractions (lake, swimming pool, ski slope and mountain railroad. At the same time the estate is well connected with the city center and other districts of the city. There is a bus stop right next the building (100 m) and the distance to the train station Warszawa Rakowiec is 450 m. The car ride to the center of Warsaw takes about 15 minutes, and to Chopin Airport – just 10 minutes. The area is also bicycle-friendly: in Ochota there are 11 km of bicycle paths and 14 Veturilo bike stations.
