The location guarantees direct access to all major cultural, business and entertainment hotspots of the capital. The neighborhood impresses with its original pre-war buildings, many interesting restaurants and cafes. The gastronomic establishments will satisfy every palate - both in terms of traditional and vegan cuisine - and are ideal for social and business meetings. Numerous service and shopping outlets allow you to satisfy all your daily needs. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the iconic attractions of Downtown: the Palace of Culture and Science and the Zlote Tarasy shopping center. If the busy atmosphere of the city center becomes overwhelming, relaxing in the nearby Ujazdowski Park is the perfect solution. Communication with other parts of Warsaw is also not a problem thanks to the proximity of public transportation points, such as the "Centrum" and "Politechnika" subway stations less than 1 km from the building.
