Overview: Haven on 41 is a brand new rental nestled among the Amish farms in Warsaw, OH and is on the outskirts of the Holmes County Amish community. Don't be fooled by the fact that this cottage appears small from the outside, it is very well designed and can sleep up to six! On the main floor you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is also a furnished kitchen and a dining area, and a laundry room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with queen sized beds and another full bathroom. Outside is there is also a spacious front porch and a patio with seating, EV charger, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen- the perfect place to connect with friends and family. You'll love the cozy atmosphere of this rental! It is tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, and you'll find it refreshing and relaxing. If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: \- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior. \- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. \- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in. \- Absolutely no pets. His correspondence was fast and very efficient. I definitely will be renting this again and for years to come. I was able to shop in different locations for three days that were reasonable within driving distance. The home is fully stocked we wanted for nothing (other than a blender). The home is beautiful. We were even able to make firestone pizza over the fire pit when the electric went out. Thank you Virgil for everything you did to make us feel at home during our stay. Definitely worth 10 stars!! This was not the host's fault and they did their best to make sure I got the info I needed via text. Comfortable chairs and fun strung lights. The cabin was perfectly clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything including coffee maker, gas stove with griddle, crock pot, and much more. We bought farm fresh eggs and got to see his horses. We had to find the Wifi Password on the back of the router. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Washer was a little finicky but nothing we couldn't figure out. When we booked it said 'water view' but we couldn't see any water from the house. There is very nice privacy bushes.
