The apartment on Bałuckiego Street, located in the heart of Old Mokotów, is an ideal choice for those seeking a comfortable stay in one of Warsaw's most prestigious districts. The 46 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with free toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV. The location guarantees quick access to the city centre (12 minutes by car to the Palace of Culture and Science) and to Chopin Airport. Nearby, you will find the Racławicka metro station, Dreszer Park, and numerous cafés and restaurants. Self-check-in and VAT invoices are available upon request.

This fully equipped 46 m² apartment can accommodate 6 people - an ideal choice for a family trip or a group of friends. The highly functional space consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchenette with dining area, two bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom with shower and toilet. The living area equipped with a comfortable sofa, as well as the bedrooms with double beds, provide the perfect place for rest and relaxation. A wide range of amenities, including multimedia (flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi access), as well as bathroom and kitchen facilities, guarantee the utmost comfort for our guests. To facilitate the start of each stay, a complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and linens are provided. In the apartment guests will also find a washing machine, which will certainly be appreciated by families with small children or those planning a longer stay. The interior of the apartment is distinguished by careful finishing and modern and beautiful design. There is a cozy, homely atmosphere, thanks to the space decorated in an aesthetic and pleasant color palette.

Apartment located on Bałuckiego street in Warsaw's Stary Mokotow district. The location of the building in a developed district provides access to a variety of attractions. The road to the city center with the famous Palace of Culture and Science at the head takes about 12 minutes by car. The location of the apartment is distinguished by an extensive urban infrastructure and excellent connections to other parts of the city. Nearby are numerous bus and streetcar stops for easy and convenient transportation around the capital. The nearest subway station Raclawicka is 700 meters from the apartment. In the close vicinity of the property you can find many attractive places, atmospheric restaurants and cafes. It is also worth taking a walk to the nearby General Gustaw Orlicz-Dreszer Park (130 meters), Morskie Oko Park (1 km) or to the remarkable Royal Baths (1.6 km) - the former summer residence of the Polish king Stanislaw August with its historic gardens. Not far away is the Warszawianka Water Park - 600 m. It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the Chopin Airport. The property guarantees comfortable, practical and stylish accommodation in Warsaw.
