Sea Views boasts a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area, filled with natural light and perfect for catch-ups. The dining and sitting spaces offer sweeping views of the Hopkins River and Logans Beach, making it an ideal spot to relax, entertain, or simply soak in the stunning coastal scenery. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of space to enjoy them with family or friends. From the river mouth, you can access the Foreshore Promenade, which links Warrnambool\`s beaches from the Hopkins River to Lady Bay. The promenade is great for walking, running, scooting, skating, and biking, and connects to the Rail Trail leading to Port Fairy. The house is 3km to the CBD and 3.5km the main beach.
