Boasting 2 primary bedrooms, 5 total bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 8 total beds, and a spacious floor plan – ideal for gathering and entertaining, and a path that leads to a sandy stretch of beach, this coastal gem has everything you need for a delightful getaway. A sense of serenity will wash over you as you arrive at this tranquil coastal retreat. Light-filled and spacious, this home away from home greets you with a lovely front porch with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit – the perfect spot for a peaceful morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of award-winning Oregon wine. The layout of the home is ideal for a getaway with friends or family with ample space for gathering as well as retreating when rest or some quiet time is desired. After a day of play, enjoy relaxing and lounging in the large living room with a huge sectional couch, 85" flat screen TV, and cozy natural gas fireplace. The property is in a beautiful private neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from Seaside so it's easy access to shopping and other activities. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach from the house which was along a path cut through the beach grass. The beach is great, there are cars that drive on the beach, which is obviously allowed it was just surprising. The waves make it hard to hear the cars approaching so they can sneak up on you sometimes. We had an issue with the door code when we arrived but it was resolved quickly so it wasn't a big problem. The property was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Overall this was a very good experience and I highly recommend this property! ##### Stratton S.
