This stone bungalow is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Park 't Geestmerambacht. The holiday home is also located on one of the largest plots: 458 m2!
Spacious living room with high ceilings, making the house seem even more spacious. The living room has light tiles. On the right side are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping places. The bathroom is located at the front and is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, bathroom cabinets and design radiator. The kitchen is neat and tidy and decorated in light colors and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stainless steel extractor hood, gas stove, various drawers and cupboard space. Outside there is access to a shed (with central heating installation and white goods connection) and the meter cupboard.
In the surrounding garden, you can sit in the sun at any time of the day. There is ample parking at the house.
In the area you can enjoy extensive farmlands, the dunes, the beach, etc. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding places such as Schagen, Schoorl, Bergen, Alkmaar, Den Helder, etc. and these are easy to reach by car and bicycle. reach. West Friesland with its typical charming villages and towns along the IJsselmeer is also definitely worth a visit!
Area of Rekerlanden 274Warmenhuizen is a cozy and attractive village with many amenities. It has a few wonderful restaurants, cafes, a large supermarket (Albert Heijn) and a number of shops.
Rekerlanden 274 is an ideal base for beautiful walking and cycling trips through the forests such as Schoorl and Bergen. But also the surrounding dike or the surrounding picturesque villages. The village has its own swimming pool, but the coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Schoorl, Egmond or Petten are nearby. The Geestmerambacht Meer is also a wonderful place for walking and recreation. If you like golf, the courses of Alkmaar, Dirkshorn and Winkel are within driving distance. The village is located just outside the tourist crowds, but this is easy to find. Alkmaar or Schagen are nice shopping towns, where the cheese market (Alkmaar) and the West Frisian parade with market (Schagen) are held in the summer. De Boet is an ideal base for your holiday!

Ringe Gegenstände waren defekt (Bank im Garten, Deckel Gefrierfach…). Bodenplatte auf dem Weg zum Eingang gelöst, Türknöpfe an Kommoden mit abstehenden, sehr scharfen Metallstücke -Verletzungsgefahr. Bettdecken sehr schmutzig und abgenutzt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht gerechtfertigt.

Points faibles : Propreté
Wir haben für eine Woche über 1700 bezahlt. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht sorgfältig gereinigt und es tummelten sich extrem viele Insekten in der Wohnung. Somit waren wir lange mit Putzen beschäftigt, bevor wir uns annähernd wohl fühlen konnten. Insgesamt entspricht dies keiner Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse. Obwohl wir Fotos gemacht und uns mit diesen bei der Vermietung gemeldet haben, haben wir bis heute keine Rückmeldung der Eigentümer dazu erhalten.
