This beautiful holiday home is located in beautiful Warmenhuizen. You can spend your holiday in luxury in the authentic Kapberg next to the farm. Close to the coast, dunes and forest, as well
near the major cities of Schagen and Alkmaar. The Kapberg has its own entrance, parking spaces and enclosed private garden, with more than 90 m2 of living space it offers plenty of space for 2-5 people. This gives you plenty of privacy and living space to enjoy your holiday.
Through the private entrance you enter the spacious kitchen and living room. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker and a combination oven. The living room has a nice sitting area with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Through the living room/kitchen you enter the spacious private garden through 2 French doors with plenty of natural shade, but also enough space to enjoy the sun. Through a door in the living room you reach the staircase. There you will find two spacious, attractive bedrooms, both equipped with luxurious box springs and sufficient cupboard space. The bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, toilet and infrared sauna that you can use free of charge. The house is very suitable to come with your children and/or pets. There is a camping bed and a highchair available and there is a playground within walking distance. The entire kapberg is equipped with free WIFI. You can enjoy cycling in the area. You can rent bicycles from us if you do not have your own.
Area of Kapberg 'Om de Noord'Warmenhuizen is a cozy and attractive village with many amenities. It has a few wonderful restaurants, cafes, a large supermarket (Albert Heijn) and a number of shops.
Kapberg Om de Noord is an ideal base for beautiful walking and cycling trips through the forests such as Schoorl and Bergen. But also the surrounding dike or the surrounding picturesque villages. The village has its own swimming pool, but the coastal towns of Callantsoog, Bergen, Schoorl, Egmond or Petten are nearby. The Geestmerambacht Meer is also a wonderful place for walking and recreation. If you like golf, the courses of Alkmaar, Dirkshorn and Winkel are within driving distance. The village is located just outside the tourist crowds, but this is easy to find. Alkmaar or Schagen are nice shopping towns, where the cheese market (Alkmaar) and the West Frisian parade with market (Schagen) are held in the summer. Om de Noord is an ideal base for your holiday!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer laden zum Träumen ein und sind mit sehr bequemen Bockspring-Betten ausgestattet. Rundum war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub dort und dazu hat die Unterkunft sehr beigetragen. Die Vermieter neben an, sind auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und nochmals danke für die schönen Sonnenblumen.Wir kommen auf jedenfall sehr gerne wieder hierher.

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit allem was dazu gehört. Einziges Manko war der nicht funktionsfähige Kamin, der war uns wichtig ... sollte aber in Kürze (laut Gastgeber) wieder funktionieren.Die Gastgeber sind supernette Leute und wir haben überhaupt keine Probleme gehabt.Die Entfernung zum Ortskern ist zu Fuss lediglich 15 Minuten und auch sonst sind alle Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung vorhanden, tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Weg bis an die See ist mit dem Auto überhaupt kein Problem.Alles in allem ... absolut empfehlenswert.

Was een fijn huis en we hebben er erg van genoten. Helaas ging afgelopen nacht de brandmelder af omdat de batterij vervangen moest worden. Helaas konden we hierdoor niet slapen. Omdat de brandmelder erg hoog hing was het erg lastig om erbij te komen. Uit eindelijk is het gelukt en hebben we de batterij kunnen verwijderen. Deze moet nog wel terug worden gehangen omdat we a)geen batterij hadden en b) deze veel te hoog hangt. Verder heel erg genoten.

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt im Kapberg „Om de Noord“. Das Haus ist schön modern und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und in der Unterkunft gibt es einen Ordner mit vielen tollen Tipps und Ausflüge rund um die Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und es weiterempfehlen :-)
