It is located in a residential building on a 900 square metre property and has a separate entrance. The holiday apartment has a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, a radio, a small seating area (2 armchairs) and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent is a small walk-in wardrobe. The apartment also has a modern kitchen with kitchenette and electrical appliances (fridge with freezer section, electric hob, oven, dishwasher) and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a WC and a walk-in shower. The apartment is heated by electric heating and is fully tiled on the floor. It is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. There is also a car parking space, storage space for bicycles and a furnished seating area in the garden. The property is a non-smoking flat and pets are not permitted. The following services are included in the total price: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjoining promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Bei meiner Ankunft war es sehr sehr kalt in der Ferienwohnung. Ich habe so kurzfristig kein passendes Ausweichquartier gefunden. Es ist kein Objekt für den Winter!!! Es gibt nur zwei Heizpaneelen in der gesamten Ferienwohnung. Im Bad, das ist okay. Küche ist gar nicht beheizbar. Der größere Wohn- und Schlafraum war mit einer Heizpaneele überfordert. Wenn es draußen warm ist, ist es sicher nett dort. ##### Tina S. Fahrräder konnte man unterstellen. Eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin, tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Apartment sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos bei novasol. Waren ist eine Reise wert. Wunderschöne Natur und Schlösser.
