Modern resort "Maremüritz Yachthafen Resort", built in 2019. 184 apartments in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Waren, on the outskirts, 97 km from the centre of Schwerin, 100 km from the centre of Rostock, 80 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property with lawn, swimming pool heated (15 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). Private beach, children's playground.
