Take a refreshing dip in the bathing lake situated 12 kilometers away or indulge in the therapeutic waters of the thermal baths "Sole-Bad Otterndorf," also within a 12-kilometer radius. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 6-room house that spans 200 square meters across two levels. The house features a tasteful and cozy decor, with a living/dining room that has a satellite TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to the garden and terrace. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, and another double bedroom that also has an exit to the terrace. The kitchen is open-concept and comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC, a bath/shower/WC combination, a double hand-basin, and a hydro massage bath on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find an open living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. There is also one double bedroom and one room with a single bed and a pull-out bed, as well as a shower/WC on the upper floor. The house features underfloor heating for your comfort.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to a range of amenities, including a washing machine, dryer (available for an extra fee), iron, children's high chair, and free WiFi internet access. The property also features a terrace that is partly roofed, complete with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, four deck chairs, and a sitting area. Additionally, there are beach chairs available in the garden and a children's play area with games, books, and a sofa on the ground floor.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and there is a smoke alarm installed for your safety. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is equipped with a fixed cot, making it suitable for families with young children.
