They could not find the reservation. Was that an Expedia fault or the hotel? We ordered a superior room with Harbour view. We got an ordinary room at street level. Very hot (33 c) no air conditioning. When we opened the windows for air we got the noise from people smoking outside and the opposite building air conditioning unit. The waste basket was full of rubbish. The room otherwise clean. Die Sauberkeit lies wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Informationen gab es keine oder wenn doch sehr wenig angefangen beim Frühstück einfach mal Säfte oder Marmelade und Co Auszeichnen was es ist. Einen Hotel Ordner wie man ihn kennt mit Informationen gab es auch nicht lediglich ein Paar Flyer lagen aus. Bis auf das fehlende Licht im Außenbereich war es sehr nett. Abends ist es dort etwas dunkel, wenn man über Stufen zur Haustüre geht. Das Bad war etwas klein aber in Ordnung.
