Enjoy the views while sitting out on the deck which gets all afternoon sun. Upstairs has one bedroom & a bathroom, and the downstairs has 2 more bedrooms, an additional sitting area, & bathroom. Downstairs also includes a brand new deck which provides another outdoor living area. Conveniently located within walking distance to park, lake, & town. This holiday home boasts two stories and offers stunning deck views. Enjoy a coffee in the morning while soaking up the sun and views with the Nespresso Coffee machine available. Bedroom Configurations Upstairs Bedroom 1 1x Queen Bed with ensuite Downstairs Bedroom 2 1x Queen Bed Bedroom 3 2x Single beds (and a pull out trundler) Garage is available for storing equipment such as skis, bikes etc.. however it is not suitable for parking a vehicle. The house is equipped with a heat pump and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs is a great extra space for the kids with its own living area, TV and desk. Fully equipped Laundry. The special touch.. While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly. We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay. The entire holiday home is exclusively available for guests\` use. There is parking down the driveway. Or for car overflow on the street there is free parking also. Lakeview Properties is available via messaging through the app or with the phone number provided in the property. Quite neighbourhood as a back section. OUR STRICT RULES: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved. Checkout is at 10:00 am: We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Board games: We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this. BBQ cleaning: The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest.
