Surrounded by Wanaka’s stunning natural landscape, this trendy townhouse is an urban hideaway providing modern comforts. Welcome to Northlake Hideaway!  
  
Beautifully presented with neutral tones and modern décor, the open-plan living provides a warm and inviting space. The kitchen is fresh and functional with modern appliances and a centre-island bench and flows through to the dining and living area. Relax and unwind with a corner sofa, fireplace, heat pump, WiFi and TV with Chromecast, while an additional living area provides added convenience.  
  
Indoor-outdoor flow means the space extends out to the patio. Private and sunny, this outdoor space is equipped with outdoor seating and bean bags meaning you can make the most of the sun.  
  
Comprised of two bedrooms, this holiday home sleeps up to four guests. The spacious master bedroom provides a king-sized bed and your own private ensuite. Two single beds make up the secondary bedroom, while the home is complimented by a full-size family bathroom and separate laundry with full facilities.  
  
Situated in the charming Northlake subdivision, you’re just a short stroll to the Northlake recreation reserve and Hello Ranger café and bar, while lake access is just a three-minute drive away via Outlet Road. Central Wanaka is just an eight-minutes drive away with an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants as well as the breathtaking lakefront. Meanwhile, experience adventure with biking, hiking and skiing in the surrounding area!

Please note - the two single beds would only be suitable for children at a max supporting capactiy of 100kg, so the adult headcount for this property should remain at two. #### Floor to ceiling windows with privacy

We enjoyed very much our stay at this well apportioned house. Love the beautiful design with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open three panels worth of fresh air, as well as the dramatic view of the mountains from the living room and backyard. A bright and clean home. Gorgeous self-standing tub nice to soak the muscles after a full day hiking ;-)
