Sliding doors create seamless indoor-outdoor flow to a partially-fenced garden where shaded outdoor dining awaits. Inside, the spacious open-plan living area centers around a thoughtfully designed kitchen – the heart of the home where family meals become cherished memories. Stay comfortable year-round with both heat pump and fireplace, while TV and WiFi keep everyone connected and entertained.  
  
Step down to discover the expansive north-facing lounge, complete with wood burner and a second heat pump for ultimate comfort. Bi-fold doors open to a tranquil patio surrounded by manicured gardens where tui birds provide nature's soundtrack to your morning coffee or evening drinks.  
  
Upstairs, the north-facing master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary, with a picture window framing magnificent lake and mountain views. The thoughtful layout includes a light-filled downstairs bedroom with a king bed that can be separated into two king singles, along with a family bathroom featuring a luxurious spa bath. Upstairs, an additional bedroom with two single beds completes the sleeping arrangements.  
  
Beautiful landscaping, off-street parking for car and boat, plus a double garage provide everything needed for your Wanaka adventure. The boat ramp is just four minutes away, while the lakefront beckons with a casual stroll. Wanaka township is a short drive, ski fields await 45 minutes away, and Queenstown lies just over an hour via the scenic Crown Range road.

#### Relaxing family stay

This lovely home was warm and spacious and had everything we needed and was very comfortable and we could all spread out as a couple of us had meetings online at times. We had our dog Gus with us and he loved it too. Warm, comfortable beds and bedrooms with plenty of heaters and blankets. A roaring fire completes the comfort.
