This exquisitely designed, and thoughtfully furnished holiday home hosts the perfect space for you and your loved ones on your next escape to Wānaka. Welcome to Kokomea House!  
  
Feel right at home on arrival, with the welcoming kitchen and dining area, adorned with picture windows and French doors, allowing endless sunlight to stream through every corner of this entertainment space.  
  
Preparing and enjoying your favourite dishes will be a breeze here!  
Take your living outdoors, where a gorgeous lawn space, immaculately manicured gardens and BBQ area provide the perfect setting for making memories with your loved ones. Imagine enjoying an evening tipple, while the kids play on the lush, flat lawn. Now you’re on holiday!  
  
The separate lounge space, fitted with a Smart TV with Freeview, is ideal for movie nights, or you can get into the competitive spirit with one of the provided board games. Efficient heat pump technology and a wood-burning fireplace are also on hand to provide perfect temperature control, year-round.  
  
Three bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests at this Wānaka accommodation, with two modern bathrooms and full laundry facilities allowing for ample convenience during your stay.  
  
When it's time to explore this picture-perfect town in Central Otago, you’ll find Kokomea House is less than a 10 minute walk through Lismore Park to the lake and the many bars and restaurants in the town. Head four minutes by car to Puzzling World, perfect for entertaining the whole family or why not check out the Lavender Farm, only seven minutes from home.  
  
Cycle the squad over to Sticky Forest, only a ten-minute bike ride from home, for a day of exploring and mastering the different cycle tracks.  
  
Pack up the car and bring the family along, Kokomea House awaits!

#### Perfect family stay

Kokomea was the perfect base for our holiday with extended family. The house is in a great position, close to town and with lots of beautiful walks, parks and even frisbee golf around it. The house is perfectly set out to accommodate a large family group with young children. We particularly appreciated the functioning fireplace which we enjoyed winding down in front of on our winter holiday.
