    Very unique almost private development. Large lots so you have a ton of privacy. Located in Wears Valley, minutes away from World Renowned Blackberry Mountain. In fact, this cabin looks into Blackberry Mountain, and the entire mountain Range.

    Getting Around:
    Important Road Information

    All roads leading to the cabin are fully paved, but please be prepared for steep and winding sections along the way.

    Once you enter the subdivision, it’s a straight drive up until you reach the property.

    For your safety, 4WD or AWD is highly recommended during the winter months (December to March) due to possible snow and icy conditions.

    Other Things to Note:
    ** Bring your own fire wood ** Bring your own charcoal for the BBQ grill **

    Please be aware that this is a property located amongst forests and mountains. Bears are common throughout the Smoky Mountains and it is best to leave them alone if they are seen from the cabin.

Loved our stay! We went to Pigeon Forge, the National Park, Gatlinburg, and came back-we swam, got in the hot tub, watched movies in the theater room, cooked s'more's, and sat out on the deck and watched the sunrise. The owners were attentive and we would come back.

The cabin was gorgeous! The view from the back porch was like heaven on earth! We had a wonderful stay! My family enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We have ZERO complaints about anything. Despite the rain, we stayed very busy and enjoyed our evenings back at the cabin. We saw a momma bear and two cubs several of our early evenings at the cabin. That was a big highlight of our trip. Thank you for making my 50th birthday family trip one for the books

Smokey Mtns Getaway

Excellent house for a quiet mountain getaway, to experience the National Park and all that Pigeon Forge has to offer as well as hanging out with family and friends. Hot tub and pool help keep everyone entertained - especially on rainy days!

Beautiful View-- Great Hosting Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and its amenities. We loved that the property was secluded, giving us privacy and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The property is easily accessible to Pigeon Forge attractions, restaurants and a Publix supermarket. The host was fantastic and accommodating.

The cabin was incredible! About 20-30 mins to get to anything but if you want your stay to be in the mountains and get to enjoy a lot of bear activity this is the place you want to be. The drive up to the cabin is also pretty awesome. It was very clean and well kept..probably one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. We had a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) and everyone had plenty of room for their own space. AC worked amazing in 100 temps all week and the views were incredible! Definitely recommend if your looking to get a little out there!

We took a bunch of kids and had a wonderful time The cabin was big enough for all of us to enjoy ourselves The pool and hot tub was great. The best view I’ve ever had going to the mountains It was breathtaking!! We will definitely be back

Great Rental

We had a great time at this property. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to a few questions we had. The drive up to the cabin is an adventure in itself. It is a long, twisting mountain road with steep drop offs but if you take your time, the view from the top is beautiful. We would definitely rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful best view so far of all our cabins

Beautiful inside alot of left over construction material and garbage outside .had a dirty sock left in a bedroom upstairs,dishes still left in dishwasher,and floors were sttill dirty. And a over 400.00 cleaning fee most ive ever seen but seen 6 bears and cabin is located great

Gorgeous views!

Our group of 8 people stayed at the house. The house is gorgeous with sprawling views. The location is amazing, so quiet and serene. The kids enjoyed the pool and gameroom. The hottub was a great way to relax after a day of adventuring. We enjoyed backing a firepit and using the grill. The best of all was the amazing sunsets we enjoyed every evening! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property, and beautiful views!

I booked this stay for four nights for a long weekend with our family. The house and property were fantastic and the views are amazing. We had one minor issue and I was able to talk to the host and they were very responsive. The ride up the mountain to the property is certainly winding and narrow, however, it is totally worth the drive. We had an amazing time. Thank you!

Amazing Cabin Views, Quiet, Spacious, Perfect!

This cabin far exceeded all of our expectations. While it may be intimidating on the scenic roads in and out of the Smokies, the against views from the hot tub and indoor pool (those sunsets!), just amazing. We had movie / game night in the theater room every night, and the 4 of us had more room than we knew what to do with! Family of black bears (momma and three cubs) put on a show for us in the woods our final afternoon (so cute!). Make sure to bring lots of food / supplies, as once you arrive, you won't want to leave! We will be back for sure!

Swim Meet Weekend at UT

We love this beautiful house! We had 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, play and relax. We had a very busy weekend but were still able to enjoy the indoor pool, the hot tub, the corn hole setup, the outdoor firepit, the views and successfully kept all stomachs full with the help of the large stocked kitchen. Jay was very responsive to all questions we had, one of the best owners we have stayed with.

Great weekend with family

The house was so clean. They have huge windows, and all were very clean (we always laugh when cabins brag about having large windows, and they do, but they are very dirty, but not here). The hot tub was huge, and again, you could tell they changed the water, as it was very clean as well. The house is in the untamed mountains, we got to see 2 black bear families, one momma and 2 very little baby bears, and one momma with 3 "teenage" lol bears. It was so cool! if I could give only one suggestion, it would be to put up more shades or blinds at least on the front of the cabin. Other than that, the place was perfect!!!!

Great view

We had an absolutely amzing view and saw a Bear one night that we stayed he was in the dumpster next to us and came over sniffing our trash.Got some great pictures to share with family. Over all the cabin was great it had a few minor flaws like the coffee pot didnt work one sliding door wouldnt open the pool room doors looks like someone had broke into them and we found gum stuck to a blanket but none of these things seems to be deal breakers for us its still a beautiful piece of property and the minor inconveniences werent enough to ruin my stay.

Great Getaway

This pictures of this cabin does not do it justice. This is a beautiful home and the views.... WOW! The check-in and check-out process were flawless. The cabin is clean and everything you need is there! The host communicated with us very quickly on a small issue with the gaming console TV not working. It was fixed within 2 hours of complaint! They were very gracious to let us have a late checkout since we have a special needs daughter, and it just takes a little longer for us to get everything packed. I would love to come back again! Maybe next time it will snow for us! :)

Amazing Views!

The views are simply breathtaking! The location is great and is in a quiet neighborhood. When we first arrived, there were some cleanliness issues. However, I contacted the property manager and they were resolved immediately. The back doors were broken and didn’t open easily. My engineer father and husband ended up fixing them to the best of their ability but it was a disappointment that they were broken in the first place.

Beautiful home and views

The home is beautiful and the views from the back deck are stunning. The layout of the home allowed three families to stay here very comfortably. We needed towels and sheets and the host was responsive. We also had to request hairdryers and those were provided within a day. If you plan to stay here I would bring extra essentials like grilling tools, because the kitchen is not well stocked, and pool towels because we were constantly doing laundry to have enough towels. The home is very remote and on a winding road that made our kids car sick, so we ate at the house more than we initially planned.
