the fire pit would have been my favorite feature although we couldn't use it because there was a group out there sitting side by side and there wasn't enough room. it would have been nice if there was another one that wasn't up against the fence so more people could have enjoyed it.

We had scheduled cleaning but they never showed up. Staff was never around when needed. The cleaning staff were unprofessional, when we were leaving one of the cleaning staff members made us stop on the elevator every floor on the way down so she could look around for another staff member.

The clerk checking us in was not very friendly. The rooms were ok, some stains on carpet. We had and accessible room, there was no place to set anything in the bathroom except the back of the toilet, or on top of the towels.

For $320 I expect a CLEAN room, that looks and smells clean. The Chair and ottoman were filthy dirty and had a huge obvious stain. The remote was disgusting, and had food on it, had to disinfect it myself. Fridge was dirty with spills. The shower had mildew. For a weekend getaway I was soo disappointed. Left a note to front staff and in the room. Hope someone takes the initiative to really clean the room for the next guests

This hotel was convenient to the events we were in town for. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had the usual offerings, but good. The dining room was clean and the staff was attentive. We did not use the pool or exercise room. We would stay here again.

AC made squeaks when cycling off. Shower curtain rod close to falling off. Stale hallway air despite open window. Final cost was more than expected after changing reservation from 2 nights to just one well within the free cancellation period. Should be half the original quote, but it was more. I want a refund for the difference or I will not return ever.

The website showed they have wine and a bar when i got there i was informed they no longer do that. It smelled musty and the bed was uncomfortable. Ontop of that i was locked in an elevator after the power went out because the back up generator broke. Poeer outage isnt their fault but i was in a state of panic until the fire department came

Definitely not worth the price
They changed my reservation upon arrival without any explanation. Furniture was badly stained, curtains were stained and had been slashed, TV way outdated so basically useless. Mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Not what I expect when paying over $200 a night
