Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled within the prestigious Lake Arrowhead Yacht & Country Club, this short-term rental offers guests access to a host of top-tier amenities and the serene charm of a private, gated community. Golf enthusiasts will love the 18-hole championship course, complete with a driving range and chipping and putting greens. The clubhouse boasts a fantastic restaurant with fireside outdoor seating overlooking the 18th hole and breathtaking mountain views—perfect for daily lunches, dinners, or a delightful Sunday brunch. Take advantage of tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, two playgrounds for the little ones, and 18 miles of scenic hiking trails. For water lovers, the marina offers boat rentals for unforgettable days on the lake. With limited dining options in the area, the restaurant's takeout service adds extra convenience to your stay.

Check-in is at 4 pm

Check-out is at 10 am



The minimum age for check-in is at least 21 years old.



- NO PETS ALLOWED.

-Please have in mind Guests CANNOT bring in their own boats or watercraft. The guards at the gate will not allow you into the community If you have a boat hitched on your car or in the back of your truck.

- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors -

-Parking in garage for 4 cars max. Street parking allowed: No

- Guests can enjoy access to a refreshing, community-shared pool during their stay.

-Indoor fireplace can't be used by guests



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
